Where do I buy bulk fabric to make table cloth and How do I make them?

 The tables are 60 "tables and 8 x 2.5 rectangle.

 What about fabric? There are all the tissues more - but we need to discern what type you want - the foundation and the fiber content. And have you ever sewn before?

Circuit cloths should be restored to most tissues on tap for consumers.
